Cooking Cake

Our planning teacher gave us a different project-------cooking. Cooking seemed to be the job of some housewives but this time we cook some food to share with our classmates. Teacher divided us into different groups and each group chose one people to learn how to make food. Then that people would teach their members. I was chosen to learn how to cooking cake because I can cook some delicious Chinese food.
On April 18th, I arrived at the school at about 8:30a.m. I waited to see my cooking teacher. After 20 minutes, our teacher came and introduced herself. She said she would teach us to make cake. Firstly, she taught us the process of making cake. Then, she told us to buy some materials for cooking. Thirdly, we began to learn how to make cake. I also took the notes while she was teaching us. Finally, we cooked the most delicious cake. We all felt happy.
During we were cooking with our teacher, we felt excited because this was my first time to make cake by myself. I was deeply moved by our spirit of team work. I felt happy and interested. I felt very happy when others ate my cake and told me that it was very delicious. I knew that I was successful.
From this service activity was organized by our GCA planning teacher. It provided a good chance for me. I learned how to cook cake and how to organize the group project. I like this kind of group activities very well.
